Iano’s Rosticceria (pronounced Ya-no’s Row-stitch-er-reeya) is a destination spot for people who want to meet and greet their friends and family. It’s a place where everyone’s individual tastes can be addressed through their wide variety of food selections. Every day the dough is made fresh from an old Sicilian recipe from Iano’s hometown near Palermo. The sandwiches are created on artisan bread with only the best ingredients. Our salads are made with only the best vegetables we can find complemented with our own made dressings.

     Iano’s Rosticceria was created October 1, 2004 in the heart of Princeton, New Jersey. Iano and his wife Arline both come from backgrounds in the food business. They both bring over 45 combined years of experience in working with food. New ideas are always being developed to continue to grow with the needs of a college town such as Princeton.
